I have the glass eye, the lute and the crown, but i just don't know what to do from here...

Go to matoya cave and she will give you jolt potion

No, kill the dark elf king first, and then he will give you the crystal eye and go to the matoya cave. trade with the jolt potion and go to the prince. and u will received the mystic key.
