I can't find the door in the mine to get joseph's snow craft.

After the dreadnaught is complete and joseph joins the party. i'm supposed to in to the mine in the falls to get his snow craft. he says its to the right of the blue stone but i can't find any door. please help. final fantasy 2

You can find it the right side of the blue stone..
