Mission One: Stucked at the Marijuana farm with 2 guards

Can't do anything after passing the guards whose watching TV. I'm at the Marijuana farm and the Objective keeps on saying follow and avoid being caught. I looked for it online and seems that I need to throw a stone but I can't coz I dont have a stone. Please help me get pass through this. Thanks!
