Yes u can. Go to your vampire sim's lifetime reward and choose immortal if you have 30000 lifetime reward point. If u don't have enough lifetime point press shif+control+c and press 'testingcheatsenabled true' and press shif and click your sim.Then choose edit my sim and you can change your lifetime wish like super popular cuz that one is the easiest. And press shif and click the mailbox and choose 'make me know everyone' and go to your relationship and press every sim to become your best friend.
