How do I unlock the Diamond Domino Mine Game in 7 wonders

Re: Ancient Alien Makeover 7 Wonders - I cannot unlock the Diamond Domino Mine Game even after achieving all 7 levels/wonders and populating the village. Also, during the playing of the game, when the 'collapse" game with the architectural plans show up, how do I collapse the cubes? I've tried everything and it will not respond. Even reinstalled the game. Also, when I reinstalled the game, it still kept my old scores instead of starting all over. Is it tied to the IP#??? thanx
