How do you earn swim tail?

To earn a mermaid tail, you must complete all the tasks made by three characters in jumpstart marine land. (jean clade has the trickiest tasks, while the turtle has long tasks, and kat has simple tasks) hope this helps! (please help me! i cannot get the mission from jean claude to find the hand!)
