The high security lock is a door right? You may notice there are two levers on either side. Send Ashley to one side and Leon on the other side and then there a question comes ''Do you want to give a try?'' Or if no question comes even though Ashley and Leon would be on either sides. Press the key you would use to check the lever. There will be three lights on both sides in the middle of the lock. Then you have to press the key when the third light blinks as it makes a sound. Press the key to pull the lever before the middle light blinks. In this way you can make your way ahead to the next chapter 4-1. After you would open the door and get ahead you would find yourselves in front of a dumper. There are boxes on either sides. The right box when broken reveals a 'First Aid Spray'. The dumper will be in front of your eyes.
