How can i play as new goblin ?

If you r asking it on PC, you cant play as gobbie.he can only be played in Spiderman 3 PS3 (Collectors Edition). You have to defeat New Goblin to get him as a playable character.

You need to get to the last mission "Grand Finale". There first you'll need to beat up venom a little bit.
After a certain amount of health is drained harry osborn comes in action a.k.a New Goblin.
