How do you get it I have the first to cant find the mask

I found a single rock on floor in the caved in room. I see the other two, but can't pick the up. Maybe I need to do another task first.

You have to drop a lot of money on the floor to get the third slot to appear. And there is another step before that and that is to win the 4 scroll pieces from the first slot (Tunzamunny),
