Open the war room, wait til the war factory is about to go from 1 to 0 and go to war. when you return to base you build 2 vehicles instead of one and get 100 extra vehicle capacity

Find a base with a user who is not very frequent has a higher level than yours but not a rouge faction base they have so much irritating infantry. When it seems that the storage are quite full just make ur platoon attack from least defensive side dont forget the mines destror one or two defensive towers recommended mortar towers and destroy the storage you get a huge price . You can do the same with the resource creating machines. Try using chopter drones slow but stable can go safely between the small range of turrents. if having air support keep watching for depos. With mortar tower only... may this help u ..

GLITCH | Still works 2012!!
1. Find A rogue base. level 30. (TAKE OUT STORAGES)
2. use a dog anything doesnt matter put it in the base. click leave beside, end attack.
3. enter your base, go back in lvl 30 and enter base.

I think he is talking a hacked program for war commander which I have not been able to find, but plenty of my enemies have. As of this date I have found no way to upgrade buildings fast and have to wait. As for troops the same , one plat at a time while my enimies seem to be sending 50 to 80 megas and healing instantly.
