Problem of end chapter 2 part 4 (PC)

Hi, I am before last fight with the dead man what the "ghost" control him but when I repeatly turn on game I just stand before big "ghost" and nothing will happen. I tried to reinstall it but the problem is still the same. Please help me thanks.
