How do i unlock the stash house in webwood

When you get to Canneroc, defeat the spiders and speak to Garaner Vernt to begin the quest, A Tangled Web. Vernt asks you to kill Barten, the current town leader of Canneroc, to maintain his control. If you choose to tell him of Vernt's betrayal instead of killing him, you can unlock the house in Canneroc. A good way to get a house early on in the game, if you ask me.
