Pigeon challenge
I have been thru each zone several times and i do not see a single pigeon. where are they? any particular place they can be found? i see them in missions all the time but haven't seen them in a zone in a while.

Go to baxter plaza and go right next to the gumball machine that is next to the dico

You have to change the options, otherwise you can't see the pigeons
