How can i type the cheat when there's no INSERT button for mac

Same problem, I tried every way possible and it just doesn't work.

Go to users > "username" > documents> games> runic> torchlight2> save> "whatever this is" >keybindings.dat pls make a spare copy of this file incase anything goes wrong. open this file with something like hex edit on line 80 there should be a number 45 which is the code for the insert key, replace that with something like 192 ( code for `/~ key) take note to leave a dot in between each number. save and exit
from now on pressing the ~ button should open the console
