How to avoid ppl trying to kill me everywhere I go?

Ppl chase me and try to kill me in every towns I go. Is it because I have been a vampire for too long or I carelessly killed a warewolf in a quest. How do I cure myself? I need to go back to the town and continue the quests. Plz help!
