How to get the money cheat to work on pm2

I have tried to go to town and push f12, r, n, and q down but nothing happens I have windows 7 can any body help me?

You have to hold down all 4 buttons at once and then click cancel, best done with a mouse as you can hold that in the same hand when you press the buttons. After clicking canel you should be able to go back to town where the 2 new shops appear (which gives you money)
