About the 100% completion rewards

I already have completed my missions on gta: vice city. but why don't i have any of the 100% completion rewards? isn't the last mission is "keep your friends..."? the last part that you killed your traitor friend: lance vance and your old friend: sonny f.?

You have only completed your storyline missions. Their are many other missions like car race inside light house, stadium race, vigillent mission, paramedic mission, firebigred missions rare left. So go to complete these mission...
