Are you sure you've tried everything? Dunno how did it happen, but i just went to joba and went to where the hoverbike races were on and bashed that giant glass that's just behind with minirocket tube, mini-nuke, heavy bouncer and vaporizer. Then it broke. Though when i went through it and went deeper and deeper until i've found this HUGE gold bolt floating there so i just went to it and i earned infinite bolts. Ta-Da trick done. It's accually not that hard. Just need to try a lot, that's all.
