I personally would chose the sand-over village and other places near there and you get into a river and a blue ego trampling you jump into a place you get to that it the forbidden temple and turn the switch you can go places when blue ego flows that where caped off the buy cell find one in sentinel beach by using the trampoline you can use that infernal bomb launcher and there drops one and places where there are tons of orbs so you can trade for cells and the miners and the red sages hut trade for four power cells and watch for the oracle listen the are more expensive but probably convenient. Also the geeoligist and the guy as barral pants give a lot of power cells
