2nd city wanted level
I have unlocked the 2nd city a while back but every time i got just over the line into the 2nd city i automaticly get a 4 star wanted level and cant lose it the mission im on is "mike toreno"

Enable the lock whanted level cheat code it is very usefull!!

Try the never wanted cheat when u use it u can tresspass anywhere u want accept the restricted area
