Why that Rin and Ayame doesn't become friends? If Ayame is helping rin, i think Rin should like her. True?

I think they will respect and honor eachother as allies but ninja dont truly ever trust eachother because they were trained in the art of deception. If you played Tenchu Wrath of Heaven then you remember Rikkimaru saying that Azuma ninja never use the word friend.
