How do i pass the level on the boat with arrows flying at me?

How do i defeat the guys shooting the arrows on the boat? i know i have to get the box down to where they're standing, but i can't get it there without getting blown up by the arrows!

Please Its an easy one u have to wait until one of the wave of arrows end u must place the box behind the platforms (where the humens are hiding kill them fir orbs and life for getting there faster hold x botten for a kick to the box enjoy!
