How to find the camera function?

In fatal frame 1 and 2 they got camera function that can shows the ghost lifebar at the upper left on the viewfinder mode.....i played this game 3 times and never found this function....maybe this game dont have that function that i or i the one who cant find it....somebody tell me exactly the location of this function...
