What are and where do i get the four medallions? Do they unlock doors in Nabulious (sp) ?

Defeat the mark orthros from the lowtown the theif before going in the gram i don't know spell just waterway from the south sluice part (below the map) when you get there he's not here to see him remove the party vaan,balthier and basch equip fran,ashe and penelo and then it appear then equip any strong character defeat it then after defeat go to the theif and then samal go there and give you the blackened fragment the one part of the four fragment or medallion.
