How to move with crew?

Hey i saw videos when for example kenji's crew moves with all members, and they go around me. my point is how i can move with my crew

I dont think you can do that. only if u enter an area and do a race with your wing man then you two will be driving when the boss of that area comes talk to you. otherwise i dont think its possible.
