Yh,it only gets u it fr quick race, not career but you can paint your corvette the police vynils i think...

First get the police car reward card you want, then go to quick race, select starlight street, select a police car, at the start turn around and go through the shortcut. Free roam, but no free roam challenges, races. This is possible with any car, two players and career mode :) . Sorry, no traffic :( .
