I think it is the one that is top-left and right, but you will get it at the end of the game if you did not choose the muscle car at the start. To check what you unlock when you beat an area, press circle on the world map (ps2). Just get the cursor over an area and you will see what you will unlock and which races are controlled by who. If you want all cars at the start of the game, first defeat Darius and the sell all except one of your cars. Then get busted in that car until it says game over. On the game over screen it will say load profile and go to main menu. Select main menu and then go to career menu. Select start career. You will have to choose a tier 1 car like normal, but at the car lot you will have all previously unlocked cars available (win as many races as possible before game over to unlock everything, as you do not lose unlocked performance parts). Beware, as you will not be able to select a boss reward. This career secret allows you to easier get $1,000,000. You should also do reward cards like win all races, spike strips, sell cars, full garage of muscle, tuner, exotic, police rewards like heat level 5, 12 minute pursuit, etc, before getting game over.
