Try doing your third secret technique on him and after that charge your chakra and if he goes for you jump over him and throw your shuriken at him hope that helped! :)

Sealed orochimaru its hard to explan you just fight it use techniques when ever you can be quick and fast oh oh almost forgot there is one thing i like to do on there 80% chance you will hit orochimaru with this you know those windmills use one then while orochimaru is blocking it or getting hit by it use you technique i love doing that :d

You can't use your secret techniques in the battle with nine tailed naruto vs powered up sealed orochimaru. i've been working at it for almost an hour and its frustrating as hell!
