Ive pretty much finished the game and im curios abt 2 things:what do u have to do after you defeat sasuke and does sasuke come back to the hidden leaf in ultimate ninja 5?

No you have to do all the side quests alone with naruto and no other charectar after that you just have to go where u fought saske ane find blue ripples you get a key all swells that ends well
