You must complete all requests from everyone in leaf village..then have to complete black chapter and white chapter.

You must complete all requests from everyone in leaf vilage then go to tsunade.. she will say bring sakura,sai,yamato. then she will give you a mission to reinvestigate orochimaru's hideout. complete that and sasuke will be there in room 1.

There was no sasuke in orochimaru hideout at 1st room. I had play this game form 3days and now i have naruto, sai, kakashi lvl50
