You mean sroll of jutsu?. if that is you meanning the function of jutsu scroll is for customise your characters jutsu on free battle or gai's hot-bloded versus. example: if you select naruto, you can change him great ball rasengan with kakashi's lingtning blade (if you have an item named:scroll of lingting blade)
