I already check all orochimaru hideout room n smash all box inside the room but i got nothing there..and i already fight wif sasuke ,,how can i get into dark chamber room??

You'll have to finish all requests and roam around until the mailman appears at the hidden leaf gate he'll give you a mail give that to tsunade in hokage mansion and she'll ask you to re investigate orochimaru's hideout there you'll find a key to the chamber of darkness bring that to tsunade and she'll ask you to open and search the chamber of darkness thoroughly there if you check every place you'll find sasuke's kunai take that and bring it to tsunade she'll give u that kunai and if u use that you can transform into sasuke in master battle mode
