I am playing the game for the first time and i want to know how i am supposed to get all the relationships maxed out could you just put like what days i should hang out with someone what nights i should go to tartrus and what i am supposed to do to get my relation ships maxed out quicker, thanks.

If you max out any of them they carry over in new game plus. I assume that's the only way.
