Hi...please help...In level 2 i am not able to do 2 things... 1) I am not able to climb the rope to save"tom" 2) I am not able to open the rear gates to complete the level. Please reply...

Who is tom as for the lumberyard gates look further up the icy river to find the harness then go to the winch switch theres one on either side the use the harness on the log then use winch switch again then find the conveyer switch but watch out two guard will show up to investigate and there is no place to effectivly hide
