Type in the golden gun cheats. then get the upgraded ak-47 and do the mission and keep shooting him in the head. then when he stands up he should fall off.

The problem is your display settings. Go to your game display options and set it to a lower resolution. After that the games is going to work 100 percent better...and look better too.
