You cant it ONLY for the missions..

Well you will have to buy a pack where you will have a saints tank, saints nforcer and the saints hovercraft flying thing it costs £ 1.99 and trust me its worth it

You don't have to buy anything. as mission progress's by you will unlock these items i think you get a annilatter helicopter when you get the loft crib!

No.To get saints vehicles you steal cars and put them in your garage.Once you have done that paint em royal purple and they look like saint cars!
