How do you escape this level from the machine gun post?

You just need to follow the white marker that indicates where u need to go which is directed behind the machine gun post and just keep running u actually dont stay there and try and fight cos u proberly wont beat them since they are throwin grenades at you and theres a million of them. " hope that helps" cos it took me sumtime 2 figure that out lol.
