Shore leave on hardcore difficulty

I've played through this mission at least 20 times, well more like 30 counting the times I did die, 20 of those I had perfect runs, I got all head shots on each of the 20 play throughs except the sniping part at the end. I only got a few there. I watched some of the video guides on you tube to see if there was something I may have been missing but I didn't miss anything from what I can see. Could there just be a glitch on this trophy? Any info would be appreciated!!
