Old Wounds VETERAN

I'm stuck on the part with 3 Russian Hinds. Shot one down, but died after. Now I'm respawning with two left in the air. I have about 1 to 2 seconds, then I'm dead. I have no time a fire another rocket, let alone find cover! Anyone have any ideas that don't involve restarting the level?
