How do you set your car up for talladega to reach 200 plus

I am trying to firgure that out too. I was getting up to 185-187 mph. Another player told me you have to turn off all the "Assits" and that will get you up to about 190-192. He was right i can get up to 190 to 192mph, but i havent found out how to get to 200 yet.
