You need high wisdom and then use diplomacy to broker peace treaties with allies. alot easier to do early when there are lots of kingdoms and no one hates you yet. as time goes ona nd you fight 1 area it gets harder. having the diplomacy strategems help as does secret strategem edict and being empire via imperial seal make it easy. also FYI do not need 10 in 1 game play. multiple plays doing 1 diplomacy each works.

I must have completed at least 20 of these now but still no achievement. Am I missing something? I use the diplomacy option and then alliance, as I said must have done this about 20 times times
