Resource Glitch

I've been playing for a while now and I have a good idea of what I'm doing in this game. However, I recently started a new level and am, for some reason, loosing 100 gold and stone ever 30 seconds or so. I wont be building anything and my dwarfs will be just sitting around. Anyone heard of this before?
