Where can I find quark?

Om flying around the planet but I can't find quark does anybody know how to get to him I hear arena noise when I fly close to some structures but can't figure it out can any one help

Enter the arena like you did the first time or by taking the taxi to the arena entrance. You have to fight a new boss enemy so qwark can give a holo pirate disguise
