U need sum1 to hit the police a few times for them to be wanted then it will ask in ur session who wants to be a police officer

You have to be online, when someone does something illegal, it will prompt you to take on the role of a police officer. Another way, is to actually get a police car. This is done ether buy purchasing a DLC pack, or customizing your car in the sticker/ and tuner shops, by adding police decals and light are as we'll as sirens. This will then grant you the option of being a police officer in TDU2. Hope that helped
