How to fix troll glitch on chapter 7

I am on the bit were the trolls are beating down the door but i did not stop them and when i restarted that bit the trolls did not come back and now are cant finish it can any one tell me a way 2 fix that

I had that problem too try shooting your bow at the trolls that how i got them to come chase me and whenever they went for the door i repeatedly shot them with arrows till they came back to me. took me 3 tries till i got them
