How do you get this trophy also do you know the best mission to get the 5 times muti.

Blast from the past: u get it at the beginning of the mission where u kill scorpion, u need to find a table wih wine and sausages.
For the 5 times multi I suggest the first mission with the shotgun guy. If u take out the first 3 guys with a backstab n then the next 3 guys with a single granade u should get it.
