How do you access the mini kit, in the wayne industries level by the electric ?

After using Green Lantern on the four satellite things and making a switch, pull the switch and the wall will be destroyed and also 4 red buttons will appear on the floor. stand on the back left button, then the front right, followed by the back right button and then the front left. The minikit will appear in the centre.

Its by the elevator where theres water and electricity, but i dont know how to get it i tried everything i know its the only thing i need, i have 99.9% and have everything but that minikit i also have more than 1 billion coins
