I completed the Last Level in both Story Mode and Free Play but i did not unlock the Flash....

On the joker face behind lex u will need a character that has explosives or charged attacks and a character with heat vision. once u destroyed the silver and gold lego pieces on the face the minikit for flash will appear behind lex.

To unlock the flash you must hit the eyes of the joker robot which are gold and hold until they explode. Once both of them explode a mini kit will appear. That's the flash. ( Warning: The flash will cost $300,000!)
