Where do i find it iv gone thru it like 3 times and cant find it

1) stand for a while with suigetsu
2) wait for the time that appears at the top of the screen
3) after that time enemy's location will appear
4) then go to the objective location without going through the enemy's lacation
5) then the bounty will appear and then there you go bounty
