How do i watch the finishing blows i know it says get stars but i have no idea what the stars are so if somebody could please tell me :)

It means that you have to do the finishing blows 15 times in order to watch them

If you get 15 stars you can watch thereare 8 finishing blows.kakashis challenge, narutos new jutsu, brothers, sasuke vs eight tales, sage mode, path to peace, naruto vs sasuke
